Edna Mae Suhrbier

Edna Mae Suhrbier, 84, of Port Clinton, Ohio died Monday, August 04, 2008 at Magruder Hospital. She was born on December 23, 1923, in Port Clinton, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Anna (Watt) Thompson. On February 26, 1944, she married Lowell Suhrbier and he preceded her in death on March20, 1988. Edna was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Port Clinton where she was active in the Eunice Circle. Her hobbies included playing cards. Survivors include her children: Lola (Walt) Nelson, Perrysburg, Ohio; Raymond (Mary Lou) Suhrbier, Port Clinton; and Martha (Jim) Reynolds, St. Cloud, Florida; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and a sister in California. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 6 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton Street, Port Clinton on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 from 9:00 11:00 AM with funeral services to follow at 11:00 AM with Reverend Karl Kessler officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Peace Lutheran Church, Port Clinton or one's favorite charity.
