Edna M. Draeger, 87, of Lindsey, OH, died Thursday, December 22, 2005 at Bethesda Care Center, Fremont, OH. She was born in Washington Township, Sandusky County on April 1, 1918, the daughter of Emanuel & Cora (Gerwin) Beeker. Mrs. Draeger was a homemaker, a member of the Washington Martha’s, and a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Elmore, where she was active in the honor workers. She married Arthur R. Draeger on March 16, 1940, and he preceded her in death on April 17, 1993. Surviving are her sons, James (Sophia) Draeger, Fremont, OH, and William (Joyce) Draeger, Lindsey, OH; grandchildren, Darin (Heather) Draeger, Lindsey, OH, Laura (Michael) Casdorph, Beech Island, SC, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Draeger, Cumberland Foreside, ME, and Eric Draeger, Fremont, OH; great-grandchildren, Madison Casdorph, Jared, Regan, & Grace Draeger. The family will receive friends from 2-8 P.M. Monday at the Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday. Rev. Ed Heilman will officiate, and interment will be in Union Cemetery, Elmore. Memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Elmore, OH.
