Earl D. Rahm

Earl D. Rahm Jr., 58 of Port Clinton, OH died Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Stein Hospice Inpatient Care Unit, Sandusky, OH. He was born August 28, 1954 in Port Clinton, OH to Earl D. Rahm Sr., and Ruby V. (Knecht). On May 31, 1975 he married the former Eva Marquez and she survives. Earl Owned and Operated Trans-All Transmissions Inc. from 1981 until his retirement in 2009. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton. Past member of Port Clinton Moose Lodge and held his Journeyman's card for Tool and Die. Earl enjoyed boating, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially his four grand boys. Survivors include his wife of 37 years Eva of Port Clinton; son Earl D. (Tara) Rahm III of Reynoldsburg, OH; daughter Michelle A. (Brett) Waldron of Lakeside, OH; mother Ruby V. Knecht of Port Clinton; brothers: Robert (Pam) Rahm of Catawba Island, OH, Rick (Lois Cline) Rahm of Oak Harbor, OH, and Gary Rahm of Catawba Island; sisters: Debbie (Steve) Rudolph of Fruitland, IA, and Cindy (Gary) Geissman of Concord, NC; grandsons: Elijah and Gabriel Rahm and Croix and Drake Waldron. He was preceded in death by his father Earl D. Rahm Sr. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8pm at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 E. Harbor Rd., Lakeside- Marblehead, OH 43440. Funeral Services will begin at 10am Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at the Funeral Home with the Rev. John Missler officiating. Burial will be in Sackett Cemetery, Danbury Twp. Memorial Contributions may be given to either Stein Hospice or Immaculate Conception Catholic School.
