Dorothy N Fritz

Dorothy N. Fritz, 77, of Catawba Island, died Wednesday September 1, 2010 at Edgewood Manor Nursing Center under the care of Stein Hospice. She was born September 16, 1932 in Fremont, the daughter of the late Carl A. & Evelyn J. (Schau) Radloff. Dorothy was retired from the Port Clinton City Schools where she spent over 31 years as the Secretary at Catawba Elementary. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, the Catawba Island Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, the Thursday Morning Golf League, Tuesday Morning Golf League and the Monday Night Golf League. On March 3, 1950, Dorothy married William A. (Bill) Fritz and he survives along with her son Larry (Debra) Fritz of Jefferson City, Mo; her daughters Terri (Greg Hannan) McDougall of Oak Harbor, Sandy (Greg) Mortus of Fairview Park and Jane (Jeff) Grummel of Dublin; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and a brother Richard (Martha) Radloff of Bellevue. There will be no visitation at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9 am Monday September 6, at the Immaculate Conception Church, 414 Madison Street, Port Clinton with Father John C Missler officiating. Following the mass, the family invites everyone to join them in a time of fellowship at the church hall. Memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice or the Catawba Island Volunteer Fire Department.
