Donald C. Beshalske, 85, of Graytown, Ohio, died Friday, April 25, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, Ohio. He was born in Elliston, Ohio on July 2, 1928, a son of Paul & Olga (Kontak) Beshalske. Don was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War. He was a production worker at the Rossford plant of Libbey-Owens-Ford. Don loved to play Euchre and Pinochle. He was an avid weather watcher and loved to make people laugh. On November 14, 1953, he married the former Jeanette Buhrow, and she survives in Graytown. Also surviving are their daughters, Denise (Dave) Troyan, Southfield, Michigan, Becky (Mike) McKinney, Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Amy (Doug) Noel, Forest, Ohio. Don is also survived by a granddaughter, Chloe Noel; sister, Ruth Slovak, Northwood, Ohio, and brother-in-law, William Sorg, Oak Harbor, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James and William Beshalske, and sisters, Betty Brown and Joanne Sorg. Private services will be held.
