Dolores J. Jenkins

Dolores J. Jenkins, 74, of Oak Harbor, OH, died Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor. She was born in Cleveland, OH on July 18, 1931, the daughter of the late Andrew A. & Julia (Pinchot) Partilla. Mrs. Jenkins was a homemaker, mother, and grandmother. An active member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Oak Harbor, she was a member of the Altar & Rosary Society. Mrs. Jenkins was also a former member of the Tuesday Bowling League. She married Claud E. Jenkins on June 21, 1952, and he preceded her in death on July 31, 2004. Surviving are her sons, C. Wesley Jenkins, Sylvania, OH, Mark (Sue) Jenkins, and David (Rhonda) Jenkins, both of Oak Harbor, OH; brother, Ronald J. (Barbara) Partilla, Sagamore Hills, OH; best friends and business partners, Dusty & Rene Rhodes, Oak Harbor; 9 grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews. She was also preceded in death by a son, Gregory J. Jenkins. Friends may call from 2-9 P.M. Friday at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor, where the family will be present from 2-5 & 7-9 P.M. A Vigil Service will be held at 8:30 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. Saturday, December 24, 2005 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Oak Harbor, with the Rev. James E. Peiffer, celebrant. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, St. Boniface Church, or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
