Dolores J. Beck

Dolores J. Beck, 83, of Elmore, OH died Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born January 2, 1929 in Woodville, OH to the late Harry and Helen (Lohr) Hunterbrinker. She was a graduate of the former Woodville High School. On December 31, 1948 she married Melvin W. Beck who preceded her in death December 24, 1999. Dolores was a homemaker who helped on the family farm. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Elmore where she helped as an Honor Worker. She also belonged to the "over 60's club" in Elmore. Dolores loved to travel with her husband, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Survivors include her daughters: Connie (Bruce) Maike of Oak Harbor, OH, Kay (Martin) Traver of Elmore, OH, and Carol (Bill) Biller of Elmore, OH; grandchildren: Keith Traver, Jennifer Northrup, Eric Maike, Ashley Misson, and Michelle Marchetto; and 10 great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother Robert Hunterbrinker. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3-9pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore- Genoa Chapel. Funeral Services will begin at 11am Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at St. John's United Church of Christ, Elmore with the Rev. William L. Bartholomew officiating. Burial will be in Harris- Elmore Union Cemetery, Elmore. Memorial contributions may be made to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio, St. John's United Church of Christ, or Harris- Elmore E. M. S.
