David Sandrock

David Sandrock, 73, of Columbus, OH passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Trueman Pointe in Hilliard, OH. He was born April 14, 1950 the son of Edward and Lois “Ardis” Sandrock, Jr. David was a janitor for The Ohio State University and Port Clinton City Schools Middle School.

Surviving are his daughter: Mary Jane (Daniel) Koseck of Fremont; son: Orrin (Allison) Sandrock of Clyde; grandchildren: Dalesa (T.J. Payne) Sandrock, Patric Nims, Karen (Jon) Orman, Connor Sandrock; sister: Alice (Richard) Chaffin of Sandusky; brothers: Paul (Patti) Sandrock of Port Clinton, Thomas Sandrock of Columbus, John (Camile) Sandrock of Florida, James (Cheryl) Sandrock of Oak Harbor: sister-in-law: Niki Sandrock of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister: Linda (Bill) Petterson who passed away in October 2022.

Graveside Services will begin at 10am on Friday, April 12, 2024 in Elliston Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow at Schedel Gardens, 19255 W. Portage River South Road, Elmore, OH 43416 from 11am-1pm. The family suggests memorial contributions to Bistro 163, 1848 E. Perry St. Port Clinton, OH 434452 or your local Habitat for Humanity.
