Dallas O. Justice

Dallas O. Justice, 86, of Fremont, OH died at his home Saturday, February 06, 2010 following an extended illness. He was born April 24, 1923 in Pikeville, KY to the late John P. and Phoebe (Smith) Justice. On November 15, 1958 he married the former Doris Redman who preceded him in death December 8, 1998. Mr. Justice was a machinist for the former Standard Products in Port Clinton. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in various locations during WW II. He was a Lifetime Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #2947, past member of the Eagles all in Fremont, Fremont Senior Center, and enjoyed playing pool and the mountains of North Carolina. Survivors include his daughters: Elizabeth Rose (Gary) Maurice of Rural Hall, NC, and Susan Joy (George) Moore of Fremont, OH; Grandchildren: Sheryl (Thomas) Hardin, Michael Cook, Matthew and Thomas Moore Megan Elizabeth Wright; and 5 great-grandchildren: Heather, Eddie, Davy, Jonathan, and Lila. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Doris, son William John Justice, brothers: Everett and Carlos Justice, and sisters: Rosie Estepp, Hazel Estepp, and Rhode Alice Turner. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-8pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor with the family present from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Funeral Services will begin at 11am Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Triumph Foundation Church, 622 Franklin Ave., Fremont, OH. Burial will be in Benton Twp. Elliston Cemetery where Military Services will be given by V.F.W. Post 2947 of Fremont. Memorial Contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or a charity of the Donor's Choice.
