Dale A. Mahler

Dale A. Mahler, 52, of Port Clinton, OH died Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at his residence. He was born May 16, 1959 in Port Clinton, the son of Joseph and Darlene (Boss) Mahler. Dale was a diesel mechanic for the Port Clinton City Schools Bus Garage. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Danbury. Surviving are his fianc: Lisa Phillabaum; daughters: Samantha Mahler of Sandusky, Christian Mahler of Lakeside-Marblehead, Kassidy Mahler at home, Kaylee Mahler at home; sons: Dale Mahler, Jr of Port Clinton, Todd Andrew Bollett of Port Clinton; grandchildren: Drew, Rachelle and Mackenzy Mahler and Nathanael and Clayton Mahler; parents: Joseph and Darlene Mahler of Marblehead; sister: Valerie Mahler of Marblehead; brothers: Jerry (Karen) Mahler of Huron, Joseph Mahler of Port Clinton, Christopher Mahler of Marblehead. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton where visitation will be held Friday from 2:00 4:00 and 6:00 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Christy Chapel Cemetery, Portage Township. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Kassidy and Kaylee Mahler Memorial Fund.
