Christopher G. Snively, 42, of Chicago, IL and formerly of Port Clinton, OH died September 26, 2016 in Chicago. He was born March 8, 1974 in Chillicothe, OH the son of Robert and Lisa (Floro) Snively, Sr. Christopher was in the United States Army 440th Signal Battalion serving in Bosnia Herzegovina with NATO Forces. He worked for Purdue University Polytechnic Institute at Richmond as a Student Services Coordinator. Surviving are his children: Connor and Zara Snively of Eaton, OH and their mother: Jessica Raffelson; mother: Lisa Snively of Fremont; father: Robert Snively of Port Clinton; brothers: Quentin (Danielle) Snively of Medford, MA, Robert (Elvira) Snively of Chicago, IL; sister: Nicole Snively of Oak Harbor, OH. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Quentin and Vera Floro. Funeral services with Military Honors will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH followed by a luncheon at the Port Clinton Elks Lodge.
