Christopher G. Deerhake, 22, of Lakeside-Marblehead, OH died Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. He was born May 1, 1991 in Sandusky, OH the son of Gregory and Susan (Sypherd) Deerhake. He was a 2009 graduate of Danbury High School and he worked for South Shore Marine, Huron, OH. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything to do with the water. He has a U.S. Coast Guard License. Surviving are his parents: Greg and Sue Deerhake; sisters: Kelly (Chris Leko) Deerhake of Clearwater, FL, Kimberly (Mike) Zwier of St Albans, WV, Karen (Cody Vollmer) Deerhake of Marblehead, OH; grandparents: Floyd and Jackie Sypherd of Lakeside, Gene and Mary Deerhake of Marlbehead, OH; and his faithful companion, his dog: Rex. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2013 from 5:00 8:00 pm at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel, LakesideMarblehead, OH. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Lakeside United Methodist Church, Lakeside, OH.
