Chloe LaVaughn Fox, formerly known as Christian Allen Sparks 22, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022 at Magruder Hospital. Born July 4, 2000 in Lakeland, FL to Timothy A. Sparks and Laura Wilburn. Chloe worked for several animal rescues. She had a passion for animals. Her infectious laugh would echo through the room.
Surviving are Chloe’s mother: Laura Wilburn of Bowling Green, OH; father: Timothy A. Sparks of Port Clinton; sisters: Alison Lawson of Washington, Amanda Orosco of Fremont; brothers: Devin Orosco of Bowling Green, Adam Orosco of Bowling Green; grandparents: Bonnie Sparks of Port Clinton, Glenda Voss of Port Clinton, Marie Wilburn of
Port Clinton, Raymond (Denise) Ruggles of New Port, TN. Chloe had several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and an abundance of people that loved her. She was preceded in death by her grandfather: Jerry Wilburn.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH with visitation on Sunday from 1:00 pm
until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Island Safe Animal Sanctuary, 3620 E. State Rd. Port Clinton, OH 43452. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.neideckercrosserpriesman.com .
