Cheryl Smith

Cheryl Smith, 71, if Marblehead, OH passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at her home. She was born March 31, 1948 in Port Clinton, OH the daughter of Lawrence and Helen Darline (Ashby) Smith. Cheryl worked at Peninsula Restaurant for 30 years. She also worked at Biro Manufacturing and Perkins Pancake House at Fort Firelands. Cheryl loved cross stich, needlepoint and crocheting always making things for friends. She loved animals and country music. Surviving are her sister: Marcia (Charles) Gunnoe of Ocala, FL; nephew: Charles Steven "Poncho" Sanchez of Fremont; great-niece: Alyssa Sanchez of Spokane, WA. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 E. Harbor Rd. Lakeside-Marblehead, OH. Interment will be in Sackett Cemetery, Danbury Township. Memorial contributions may be given to the donors choice.
