Cheryl Ann Mcmurray

Cheryl Ann McMurray, 73, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Monday, June 24, 2019 at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, Ohio. She was born July 19, 1945 in Port Clinton, OH the daughter of Clarence and Ruth (Thompson) Anderson. She married Stanley McMurray on March 23, 1968 and he survives. Mrs. McMurray was a janitor for Port Clinton City Hall and then at Silgan Plastics. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and playing bingo. Surviving are her husband: Stanley; sons: Stanley (Tamera) McMurray of Lindsey, OH, Gary (Dorsie Peterson) McMurray of Port Clinton; daughters: Bobbie (Kevin) Armbruster of Fremont, Gail (Todd Crum) McMurray of Fremont; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters: Mary McMacken of Sylvania, Carol Kirby of Port Clinton; brother: Johnny Anderson of Austin, TX and twin brother: Larry Anderson of Fremont, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Eddie Anderson. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, June 28, 2019 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in LaCarpe Cemetery, Lacarne, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to Stein Hospice or American Cancer Society.
