Catherine L. Hetrick

Catherine Lucille Hetrick, 92, of Oak Harbor died Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at Orchard Villa, Oregon, OH. She was born April 28, 1916 in Oak Harbor, OH to the late Emery and Nina (Nietfeld) Atwater. On May 25, 1946 she married Norman J. Hetrick who preceded her in death November 12, 1991. Mrs. Hetrick was a homemaker but would be remembered for her many years at Blakely's Dry Cleaning and various jobs as a seamstress out of her home. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church. Survivors include nephews: Bruce (Pat) Winters of Oak Harbor, Dave Winters of Sandusky, OH; niece Sharon (Jim) Bruggeman of Lebanon, OH and their children. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sister Francis Winters. Funeral Services will begin at 3pm Friday, October 3, 2008 at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor, with Rev. David L. Ritchie officiating. The Family will receive friends on Friday beginning at 1pm until the time of service. Burial will be in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor.
