Brenda F. (Mowel) Place

It is with great sadness that the family of Brenda Place announces her passing after a brief illness on Saturday July 7, 2018 at the age of 69. Brenda was born in Rogersville, Tennessee on April 7, 1949 to the late Grace (Mathews) Bledsoe and the late Junior (Ray) Mowel. Brenda will be lovingly remembered by her husband Ron Place of twenty-nine years, her daughter Lesa (Claude) Michael, and Brother Larry Mowel of Gilmore, Texas, Glenda Voss of Port Clinton, Ohio. Brenda will be fondly remembered by her three grandchildren Katie, Zane and Jacob Greer of Port Clinton, and her four great-grandchildren Adan, Payton, Lilly, and Lincoln whom she cherished. Brenda will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, father and her brother Terry L. Mowel. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday July 14th at 3:00 p.m. at the VFW in Port Clinton, Ohio. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at this time.
