Bonnie Lou Knieriem

Bonnie Lou Knieriem, 66, of Milton, Ontario, and formerly of the Elmore area, died Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at McMaster University Medical Centre, Hamilton, ON. She was born in Fremont, Ohio on November 13, 1941, a daughter of Everett & Helen (Caris) Worthington. Mrs. Knieriem was very much a family person, and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her mother, Helen Worthington, Curtice, OH; her husband, Lowell Knieriem; sons, Steven (Cheryl) Knieriem, Strathroy, ON, Kevin Knieriem, Milton, ON, Brian (Ellisa) Knieriem, Hamilton, ON; daughter, Kristin (Jeff) Reynolds, Burlington, ON; brothers, William (Kay) Worthington, Gibsonburg, OH, and Gary (Jeanette) Worthington, North Port, FL and Woodville, OH; and grandchildren, Scott, Eric, Mark, Kody, Nathan, Kyle, and Owen. She was preceded in death by her father. The family will receive friends after 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore, where funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday. Rev. Rick Stuhmer will officiate, and interment will be in Harris-Elmore Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
