Bonnie A. Kreager

Bonnie A. Kreager, 87 of Oak Harbor, OH died Sunday, February 7, 2021 at the Genoa Care Center under Hospice care. She was born April 18, 1933 in Oak Harbor, OH to the late Paul Radloff and Vonda (Schultz) Genzman. Bonnie was a 1951 graduate of Oak Harbor High School where she was the Homecoming Queen. On October 26, 1951 she married Donald Kreager and he survives. Bonnie retired in 1992 as the Utility Clerk for the Village of Oak Harbor. She was a member of St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor where she helped with bereavement meals and alter guild. She was also an active member of the Riverview Auxiliary. Family was Bonnie’s most cherished treasure. Bonnie and Don also enjoyed boating on Lake Erie with their children. Another passion was traveling which included 2 trips to Hawaii and over 35 years of camping. Their adventures took them to all of the United States but Alaska. In their later years they spent extended time on Myrtle Beach and also wintered with friends in Ft Myers, FL. Survivors include her husband of 69 years Don of Oak Harbor; sons: Randall Lee (Nancy) Kreager of Elmore, OH, Jeffrey (Debra) Kreager of Oak Harbor, OH, and John (Laurie) Kreager of Perrysburg, OH, daughter Mary (David) Buehler of Fort Wayne, IN, 8 grandchildren: Sarah(Brian)Schimmoeller, Matthew(Michelle)Kreager, Joshua(Toni)Kreager, Sheenah Kreager(Mark Baumgartner), Kyle(Marisa)Kreager, Derek Kreager(fiancée Nicole), Logan Buehler(friend Melissa), and Chloe Buehler, and 10 great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather Paul Genzman, infant son Jay Paul Kreager, and brother Randall Lee Radloff. Visitation will be Friday from 2-8pm at the Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor Chapel. Funeral Services will begin at 11am Saturday, February 13, 2021 at St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor with Pastor Becky Bolander officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Immediately following the Services, the family wishes family and friends to be invited to a luncheon provided in the Social Hall of the Church. Due to the Covid19 pandemic, all services will require facial coverings and social distancing.
