Blanch N. Phillips-Dickson

Blanch N. Phillips-Dickson, 77, of Port Clinton, went home on July 19, 2011 in Port Clinton, OH. She was born July 27, 1933 in Banner, VA the daughter of the late Horbert and Eliza (McClellan) Jordan. She married Paul Dickson on July 26, 1957 and he preceded her in death on 1987. Surviving are her sons: David Phillips, Donald (Deborah) Phillips, Sr both of Port Clinton; daughters: Judith (Michael) Wheeler, Sr., Rebecca (John) Mitchell both of Port Clinton,; step-daughter: Billy (Leroy) Miller of Willard; brothers: Rev. Donald (Nancy) Jordan of Monroeville, OH, Logan Jordan of Sandusky; sisters: Alverta Blevins of Lorain, OH, , Virginia Ridgeway of Sandusky, OH, Nina (Charles) Wilson of Sandusky, OH; 19 grandchildren and 15 step-grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and many nieces nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband: Paul Dickson; sons: Kelly Phillips, Willie Phillips, Jr and Logan Dickson; son-in-law Patrick Budnik; step-daughter: Geneva McCord, five brothers and four sisters. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2011 from 2:00 4:00 and 6:00 8:00 pm at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton, OH where services will be held Thursday at 10:00 am. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to the donor's choice.
