Billy Joe Dobbs, 78, of Danbury Township, died Thursday November 22, 2007 at Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky. He was born August 10, 1929 in Decatur, Alabama. Billy Joe was a self employed carpenter and was affiliated with the Chapel on the Lake. Surviving are his wife Grace (Buford) whom he married on September 24, 1949; son Mick (Herminia) Dobbs of Oregon, OH; daughters Vickie (Marty) Soski, Cookie (Jim) Dress and Kim (Greg) Dziak all of Danbury Township; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He is now reunited with his daughter Kelly. Memorial services will be held at 2 pm Sunday December 2 at the Chapel on the Lake with Greg Dziak presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to the Stein Hospice. The Neidecker, LeVeck and Crosser Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
