Betty M. Tilson

Betty M. Tilson, 81 of Oak Harbor, OH died Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor. She was born June 22, 1929 in Roda, VA to the late Walter and Pearl (Bolden) Minton. Betty was a press operator at Standard Products, Port Clinton for 38 years. She truly enjoyed being with her family, and was a wonderful mother. Survivors include her children: James (Theresa) Hogan of Grand Junction, MI, John Tilson of Sandusky, OH, Betty Ruth (Rick) Anderson of Cromona, KY, and Doris Telliard of Oak Harbor; brothers Glen and Lee Minton; sister Lois Thacker; 14 grandchildren, 15 great- grandchildren, and 1 great- great grandchild. She was preceded in death by husbands Dennis Hogan and John Tilson, infant son Gary A. Hogan, son Michael Hogan, daughter Linda Royster, and 2 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 11am at Oak Harbor Alliance Chapel with the Rev. Clint Hayslett officiating. Burial will be in Sackett Cemetery, Marblehead, OH.
