Beatrice Pepon

Beatrice Pepon, 89, a lifelong resident of Marblehead, OH passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022. She was born November 10, 1932 the daughter of the late Robert A. and Mary (Kukay) Lawitzke. She married Michael Joseph Pepon on April 25, 1953 and they enjoyed 69 years of marriage, a perfect example of True Love. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Marblehead, OH, Altar Rosary Society and Sanctuary Care for 30 years. The greatest joy in her life was spending time with family. She loved to cook, bake and crochet and she passed her pierogi, halupki and nut bread skills to her daughters and granddaughters. She was a fun-loving mom and grandmother. She leaves loving memories to be cherished by her husband Michael. She will be remembered lovingly by her daughters: Carolyne Geisman of Sandusky, Janet (Duane) Kluding of Norwalk; grandchildren: Kate Geisman, Kristen (Patrick) Zuchegno, Kristina Kluding, Kelsey (Ricardo) Ramos; great-grandchildren: Alexis and Kingston Baer, James and Lane Zuchegno and Remington and Rosalee Ramos; brother: Robert (Martha) Lawitzke of Catawba Island, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Marian (Raymond) Ossovicki, Donna (Thomas) Badish and son-in-law: James C. Geisman II. A funeral mass will be celebrated by Father James Brown 10:00am Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 Barclay St. Marblehead, OH where visitation will begin Tuesday at 9:00 am. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Danbury Township Fire Department, 7950 E. Harbor Rd.
