Barry S. Blocker

Barry S. Blocker, 56, of Port Clinton died Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at the Louis Stokes Veterans Hospital in Cleveland, OH. He was born February 24, 1950 in Winthrop, Mass. to the late Reuben and Ruth (Tabachneck) Blocker. Barry was a veteran of the United States Air Force, member of the Fremont Moose Lodge and worked as a Postal Clerk in Fremont, OH. Surviving are his fiancée of over 17 years, Marjorie Tusen of Port Clinton, her children: Dale (Heather) Tusen of Port Clinton, Dawn (Daniel) Hughes of Gouverneur, New York, and Holly (Kevin Spencer) Tusen of Perrysburg, OH, grandchildren: Joshua & Josiah Hughes and Hayley Tusen, brother Richard Blocker of Cleveland, Aunt Ethel Tabachneck, cousin Syma and other additional cousins. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-9pm with the family present from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. Funeral Services will begin at 11am Monday, November 27, 2006 at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in Roose Cemetery, Oak Harbor, with full Military Honors.
