Barbara J. Morris

Barbara J. Morris of Port Clinton, Ohio, died Monday, December 26, 2011 after a lengthy illness. She graduated from Washington High School, class of 1962. She is preceded in death by her parents Jimmy and Jane Shoop and sister Mary Lou Hidy. She is survived by her husband Bill Morris, sisters Patty (Wayne) Van Meter and Ginny (Charles) Free of Washington C.H., several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and special friends Nancy Heston, Rhona Geesling and Kathy Zron. Barbara was the 1st mate on Eye Deal Charters and ran the business for Capt. Bill for many years. She enjoyed being on her computer with family and friends and her smile will always be remembered. Barbara touched the lives of many people. There will be no visitation or calling hours. She is to be cremated. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
