Barbara E. Shetler, 89 of Fremont, OH died Saturday, May 08, 2021 at her home under Hospice Care. She was born September 27, 1931 in Veedersburg, IN to the late Charles and Lela (Marshall) Odle. She married William G. Shetler who preceded her in death on March 16, 1987. Barb worked for a Grocery Store in Lima, OH, Riverview Nursing Home in Oak Harbor, and tended bar for the former Anchor Inn, Oak Harbor. Survivors include her children William Shetler and Bev Buchanan both of Fremont, OH; grandchildren: Shannon Buchanan and William H. Shetler; great- grandson Jonathan Buchanan; great- great grandson Jaxon Buchanan; and sister Ruth Long of Uniopolis, OH. She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Graveside services will be announced at a later date by the Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor. Burial will take place in the Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor.
