Ashley Nichole Atwater

Ashley Nichole Atwater, 4 of Oak Harbor died Saturday, April 16, 2011 as the result of a tragic circumstance at her home in Oak Harbor. She was born April 4, 2007 in Sandusky, OH the daughter of Dawn and Alan Atwater. She loved playing mommy, making sure her babies were fed, clothed and clean. She loved to flip her hair and be a little girl. Family survivors include: half sister Mandy Atwater; maternal grandmother Constance Grant of Millbury, OH and paternal grandparents: Frank Atwater and Beth (Roger) Brackett both of Oak Harbor. Uncles: Russell M. (Sarah) Grant III of Woodville, OH, Brad M. (Jamie) Grant of Oak Harbor, David (Stosha) Brackett; cousins: Kaila, Olivia, Dylan, Kaleb, Kala, Rylee, Alisha, Erin, and Elizabeth. They were preceded in death by maternal grandfather Russell M. Grant Jr. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-9pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. Funeral Services will be Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 11am at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Reverends Keith A. Hunsinger, David J. Tinker, and David A. Voll officiating. Burial will be in Salem Twp. Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorial Contributions for the children may be made to Stein Hospice or a Family Trust to be named later.
