Anna F. Deal

Anna F. “Annie” Deal, 82, of Oak Harbor, OH, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, OH. She was born in Toledo on February 20, 1940, a daughter of the late Harold & Lucille (Bond) Lacey. Annie was a retired purchasing agent at Libbey Glass in Toledo for nearly 27 years, and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Salem Township. She enjoyed gardening and tending her flowers. A lover of all animals, Annie greatly enjoyed the dogs and cats that she raised over the years. On October 19, 1962, she married Larry Deal, and he preceded her in death on April 3, 2011. Annie is survived by her sister, Grace “Cookie” (Maynard “Les”) Simon, Vermilion, OH; brother-in-law, Ronald Deal, Oak Harbor, and sister-in-law, Rebecca Deal Eckhart, Toledo (Point Place). Also surviving are nieces & nephews, and great nieces & nephews. A service of remembrance will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 301 N. Locust St., Oak Harbor, where friends may call after noon on Thursday. Pastor Cheryl Wessel will officiate, and interment will be at Salem Township Roose Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
