Angel D. Schell

Angel Dee Schell (Diffenderfer), 45, of Port Clinton, Ohio, passed away on November 3, 2024 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Angel was born on July 15, 1979, in Toledo, Ohio to William Diffenderfer and Candy Mitchell.

Angel built a fulfilling career with Current Credit, where she formed numerous lifelong friendships. She also contributed her skills to the billing departments at Toledo Clinic and Mercy Health, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to her profession.

Beyond her professional life, Angel was known for her generous spirit. She had a passion for watching hockey, enjoyed the reality show Big Brother, and loved listening to music. An avid shoe collector, she also took immense joy in spending time with her children. Angel was fondly regarded as a second mom by many of her children's friends, always welcoming them with open arms.

Angle leaves behind her children Collin Schell (Courtney), Kailyn Schell (Cadence) and Kamdyn Schell (Austin); her mother, Candy Mitchell (Dennis); siblings, Amy Gonzalez (Juan), Andy Diffenderfer (Lauren). Half siblings Bryan Diffenderfer, Dean Diffenderfer and Melissa Lynk. Angel also leaves behind many adoring nieces and nephews and very special friend Rob. She was preceded in death by her father, William Diffenderfer, and half-siblings, Bill Diffenderfer and Steve Diffenderfer.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Angels Wing Mates or Stein Hospice of Sandusky. Contributions to Angels Wing Mates will support Angel's youngest daughter, Kamdyn, with living expenses, as she was still residing at home. Donations can be made at any Huntington National Bank.

Angel's warmth, kindness, and loving nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
