She was born September 26, 1971 in Cleveland, the daughter of the late David Rushnok and Shirley (Petrella). Amy was previously employed at Camp Runinmuck and currently at Bruno's Pizza. Mother of Lacey Kihn; daughter of Shirley Mira; step daughter of Mike Krusinski; sister of Michael (Valdy) Krusinski Jr., Joanne (Ron) Skudrin and Susan Krusinski; fianc of Rolland Kihn; aunt of Ron, Tiffiny, Cody, Justin, Megan, Rollie, Anthony, Amanda and Moniphia; granddaughter of Genamae Petrella.
