Adolph F. Jadwisiak

Adolph F. Jadwisiak, 83, of Port Clinton, died Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at his residence. He was born June 17, 1924 in Fremont, a son of Anthony & Catherine (Borarski) Jadwisiak. On July 9, 1966, he married the former Judith Ann Dahm and she survives. Adolph was retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 1987. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter, Mary Ann Kodak of Idaho; sons, John, Carl and Jeff Jadwisiak, all of Port Clinton; four grandchildren; a sister, Stella Evanczuk of Port Clinton; and brothers, Ted Jadwisiak of Mt. Vernon, Rev. Fr. Edmund Jadwisiak of Sandusky, and C.J. “Ki” Jadwisiak of Port Clinton. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Henry “Jake”, Stanley, John and Chester Jadwisiak. Visitation will be private. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church with Fr. John C. Missler officiating. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
