Adam L. Bledsoe

Adam L. Bledsoe, 39, passed away suddenly on April 22, 2023 in Port Clinton, OH while doing what he loved…..refereeing a youth flag football game before he was to coach his son’s team in the following game.

Adam was born and raised in Port Clinton, OH the son of Gary and Martha (Polanco) Bledsoe. Adam lived in Port Clinton with his wife, Ericka and his two sons, Isaias and Elias, along with a few pets including their dog, Macho, bearded lizard, Zilla, and cat, Fish.

After graduating from Port Clinton High School, Adam went on to study business at the University of Toledo. He then started his own landscaping business called Nature’s View Landscape. Along with being a talented landscape designer, he was also the ultimate family man. He lived for his family and loved life. Adam participated in many different sports growing up including football, baseball, soccer and wrestling and passed that passion on to his sons.

When not working on his business, Adam could be found coaching and refereeing youth flag football games, playing football, video games and many other activities with his sons. He was a big fan of Cleveland Sports, especially the Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes Football. He loved spending time with family and friends, and making plans to get the most out of life. Adam cherished his friendships and kept in touch with many from his school days. He was an amazing father, husband, son, brother, friend and all-around beautiful soul.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Felix and Maria (Velasquez) Polanco, John and Faye (Barnett) Bledsoe; uncle: Thomas Polanco and cousins: Mathew Polanco and Doug Simpson. He is survived by his wife: Ericka (Fowler) Bledsoe; sons: Isaias Bledsoe, Elias Beldsoe; parents: Gary and Martha (Polanco) Bledsoe; sisters: Trista Bledsoe and Jenny Bledsoe.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 -7:00 pm Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH where funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Friday, May 12, 2023 with interment to follow at Christy Chapel Cemetery, Port Clinton, OH.
