San Juanita Burkholder

San Juanita Burkholder, 70, of Port Clinton passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Riverview Health Care Campus. She was born April 25, 1951 in Harligen, TX the daughter of Jose D. and Eduviges (DeLeon) Herevia. She married Earl W. Burkholder, Jr. on August 12, 1977. She was a manager of Kentucky Fried Chicken and also the deli manager at Walmart. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton. She loved spending time with her family, cooking and having big holiday gatherings. She enjoyed playing poker and bingo, going camping and canoeing and she was an avid Indians Fan. Surviving are her husband: Earl; children: John Krawczyk, Jr., of Castalia, Sara (Ian) Hughey of Kettering, Michael (Dana) Burkholder of Milford, OH; grandchildren: McKayla Krawczyk, Josey Krawczyk, Isaac Hughey, Liam Hughey, Divya Hughey; siblings: Jose F. Herevia of Port Clinton, Celia A. (Mike) Chandler of Port Clinton, Arnold (Sandy) Herevia of Willard, Yolanda (Scott) Nemecek of Port Clinton, Jose D. Herevia, Jr. of Port Clinton, Maria (Tim) Metcalf of Michigan, Nelda (Brian Cook) Alvarez of Port Clinton, Elizabeth (Tammy Bennett) Herevia of Fremont, Gilbert (Tisha) Herevia of Oak Harbor, Mario L. (Carla) Herevia of Toledo, Michael A. (Shannon) Herevia of Waterville, Reynaldo Herevia of Port Clinton, Ricky A. Herevia of Port Clinton, Daniel (Alycia) Herevia of Port Clinton. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Andy Herevia. Visitation will be held Monday, August 9, 2021 from 3:00 – 8:00 pm at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Father Jonathon Wight at 10:00 am Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 414 Madison St. Port Clinton, OH with interment to follow in Catawba Island Cemetery.
