Michelle Louise Dugan, 57, of Port Clinton passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. She was born May 6, 1965 in Port Clinton, OH the daughter of Howard and Alma (Wadsworth) Luebke. She married Paul Dugan on Nov. 19, 2016 and he survives.

Surviving are her husband: Paul Dugan; sons: Howard “Freddie” (Dawn) Luebke of Gibsonburg, George (Jessie Cuevas) Cutcher of Vickery; daughter: Christina Cutcher of Wichita, KS; step-daughters: Rebecca (George) Adams of Wakeman, OH, Catherine Parminter of Norwalk, Melissa Wheeler of Toledo; step-son: Paul (Orli) Dugan, Jr. of Solon, OH; grandchildren: Charles, Alaina, Cameron, Shelley, Kinsey, Shelby, Robert, Thomas, Colton, Faith, Jonas; sister: Karen (Neil) Slessman of Port Clinton, OH.
