Kathleen M. Miller

Kathleen M. Miller, 96 of Oak Harbor, OH died Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor. She was born March 11, 1927 in Oak Harbor, OH to the late Arnold and Mary (Hetrick) Taten. She was a 1945 graduate of Salem-Oak Harbor High School. On June 30, 1946 she married Calvin R. Miller who preceded her in death July 22, 2006. She worked for the J. Weller Company in Oak Harbor and Quincy High School in Michigan as a teachers aid. Kathleen was a life-long member of St. Paul United Church of Christ where she was a member of Abend Guild, Bible Study, Altar Guild, and visited with shut-ins for many years. She also belonged to a local Pinochle and Bunco Club.

Survivors include her children: Phil (Becky) Miller of Oak Harbor, OH, Bruce (Kim) Miller of Union City, MI, and Ann (Dennis) Lochotzki of Oak Harbor; grandchildren: Lisa (Dave) Shinko, Matt Lochotzki, Amy (Dane) Corser, J.P. (Deanne) Miller, Beth Miller, Derrick (Ben) Miller, Kyle (Amanda) Miller, and Taylor (Shane) Rider; great-grandchildren: Andrew Corser, Sarah Corser, Tyler Miller, Gretchen Miller, Isaiah Miller, Ryan Shinko, Kyle Shinko, Maci Miller, Brady Miller, Maddison Miller, Nora Rider & Sylvie Rider; and many special nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her twin sister Kathryn Cross.

Visitation will be Friday from 2-8pm at Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor Chapel. Funeral Services will begin at 11am on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Oak Harbor with the Rev. Darryl Hamm officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor.
