John Allen Trimble

John Allen Trimble, 55, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Monday, February 17, 2025 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. He was born August 30, 1969 in Port Clinton, the son of John L. and Alice (Cantu) Trimble. He worked in maintenance for Machining Technologies in Elmore and previously worked for Silgan Plastics and Crown Battery. He loved hanging out with his family and friends and grilling out. He enjoyed fishing, boating, NASCAR, sports and his dog, Zeus. John will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He had a one-of-a-kind, big personality, and was very generous, always willing to help others.

Surviving are his daughter: Ryan Nicolaysen of Port Clinton; mother: Alice Trimble of Port Clinton; sisters: Aileen (Carl) Jadwisiak of Port Clinton, Angela (Jeff Schill) Trimble of Port Clinton; nephews: Reese Jadwisiak of Port Clinton, Aidan Schill of Port Clinton; niece: Liv Jadwisiak of Port Clinton. He was preceded in death by his father: John L. Trimble and brother: Joseph Trimble.

Visitation will be held Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 12:00 noon – 4:00 pm at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH where funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 pm Sunday. Fr. Jonathon Wight will be officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to The Humane Society of Ottawa County, 2424 Sand Rd. Port Clinton, OH 43452.
